Before the Open House:

Ask them to use the “Share” button to send a Property SavvyCard to other people who may be interested in attending the Open House. You’ll get the contact info for their recipients – automatically! 3. Link ads you run for your Open House to your SavvyCard to increase response rates.

After the Open House:
6. Use the contact information captured in your SavvyCard account to follow-up with all the people who came by.
Send a personalized “Thank you!” to each person that visited your Open House. Since you sent them a SavvyCard, their name, mobile phone number or email (or both) will be stored in the Card Analytics section of your SavvyCard account, and you can add them to your own contact management system for ongoing communication.
