Does SavvyCard for Real Estate Agents Pro Actually Work?
“SavvyCard has a track record of success in markets where it’s fully deployed, and as an organization that prides itself on being a technology leader in the industry, we wanted all our members to have access to its full suite of capabilities,” stated David Bennett, CEO of PRO/CPAR.
“We’re especially excited to deploy Property SavvyCards for all our MLS listings, as we’ve seen the type of success they can generate for real estate agents on social media, especially when used in conjunction with SavvyCard’s other features, like SellerShare and ListingShare.”
Case in point: Rebecca Lynch is a real estate agent who is a member of TRIAD MLS, located in North Carolina, where SavvyCard is also deployed for all REALTOR® members. Recently, after learning how to use a Property SavvyCard to market her listings on Social Media, Rebecca used a Property SavvyCard for one of her listings to promote an open house through her personal and business Facebook® pages.
In less than 5 days, she generated 28,182 pageviews and generated 90,325 events (like looking at photos, getting turn-by-turn driving directions and calling Rebecca about the property). Over 200 people showed up at her open house.
“I was floored when I learned that the Property SavvyCard I shared on social media had ninety thousand interactions,” she remarked. “I had nearly 200 people show up to a two day (2 hours each day) open house. I couldn’t believe it. Coming from a small rural town in Pilot Mountain, NC that is beyond amazing, and unheard of.”
Rebecca continued, “Property SavvyCards are loaded with property information, yet are clean and simple to use. It only takes a minute to share on Social Media, and my friends and family love sharing them, too.”
Additionally, PRO/CPAR members will now have access to SavvySigns, a universal text-back short code (Text HOME to 72889) giving consumers immediate access to property information via text message. SavvySigns is GPS powered, providing the consumer immediate access to the Property SavvyCard for the property they’re standing in front of and all other nearby properties, just by sending a single text. SavvySigns can be reused with new listings and requires no maintenance or updates. Just hang the sign rider telling consumers to Text HOME to 72889 for property details (get sign art here).
