We are excited to announce a new feature to help you leverage your home sellers’ Facebook presence to drive potential buyers (and sellers!) to your Property SavvyCards. Plus, you’ll be building brand awareness and getting your name out in front of more people!
SavvyCard’s new SellerShare™ feature will automatically generate an email to your home seller that sends them a link to the SavvyCard for their property and walks them through the process of sharing it to their Facebook page.
Jacksonville, Florida Realtor Joyce Roberts recently had a home seller share the SavvyCard for their property to their Facebook page and reaped the rewards. In less than 2 days, the Property SavvyCard postings on Facebook generated huge results:
- 2,791 visits to the Property SavvyCard
- Users spent an average of 9 minutes and 38 seconds interacting with the Property SavvyCard
- Received multiple calls from other realtors
- Scheduled 3 showings
- Saw a 10% jump in traffic to her website
- Experienced a 10% increase in likes of her Facebook page
All of which she attributes directly to sharing the Property SavvyCard on Facebook through her business page and on the home seller’s personal Facebook page.
SellerShare Completes the SavvyCard/Facebook Hat Trick
SellerShare is a great way to use SavvyCard to complete the hat trick for Facebook marketing:
- Leverage your own Facebook presence – Always share your Property SavvyCards to your own business or personal Facebook page.
- Leverage your home seller’s Facebook presence – SellerShare will help automate this process and do the heavy lifting for you.
- Leverage users outside your and your home sellers’ Facebook presence – Create a Facebook Ad using your Property SavvyCard to reach a geographically and demographically targeted group of users.

Access SellerShare Information for Your Listings through Matrix
Triad MLS members are able to access the SellerShare feature directly from the Matrix MLS system as part of a pilot program with SavvyCard. You’ll see a link to SellerShare on the Success page when creating or editing a listing.
To access SellerShare Information through Matrix:
- After submitting or saving a listing as incomplete within Matrix, click the SavvyCard SellerShare to Social Media link.
- Add or modify information as appropriate.
Manage SellerShare Information from Your SavvyCard Dashboard
To manage SellerShare information:
- Open your SavvyCard dashboard by going to www.SavvyCard.com/dashboard and logging in to your account if you are not already logged in.
- Click the Share to Home Seller link next to the Property SavvyCard for which you want to manage SellerShare information.
- Add or modify information as appropriate.
