Bonnie Strickland is one of the most successful Realtors® in the Pinellas Realtor Organization. She runs her own very successful multi-Realtor office, the Strickland Group, and deals with some of the highest-end properties in Pinellas County. As a PRO member, she also has her own Realtor SavvyCard, and she’s an active user. Recently, she confirmed just what a powerful tool it is.
Bonnie was showing a property to a house-hunting couple in the market for a little bit of Florida beauty. The first house they saw wasn’t exactly what they were looking for, but she shared her SavvyCard with the clients to make it easy to set up their next viewing. “They were really impressed,” she says.

They were so engaged by her SavvyCard, in fact, that they browsed to her Listings button and started looking at Bonnie’s other available properties. They found two houses they thought could be a good fit – houses they’d missed when searching Bonnie’s listings elsewhere. “If it weren’t for SavvyCard, they would have totally missed those,” she says.
And it gets better. After viewing these properties in person, the couple decided to make an offer on one. It’ll be a few more weeks before contracts are signed and checks are handed over. But if everything goes smoothly, Bonnie will be putting another win (and another sizable commission) on the board.
Of course, SavvyCard can’t claim all the credit for these sorts of successes – most of that goes to Bonnie’s insight into her customers and the market. But we’re glad we’re making it easier for Bonnie and other realtors to connect customers, clients, and great properties.
