SavvyCard® Signs Deal with Miami Association of Realtors

SavvyCard is excited to announce that we’re partnering with the Miami Association of Realtors (MIAMI) to provide its members with SavvyCard mobile networking and marketing tools.  All 29,000 member realtors will get their own SavvyCards to help them maintain contacts with prospective customers, track referrals, and showcase properties. This partnership is a big step for us as a startup – we’re rapidly expanding our userbase and adding new revenues!

In addition to their own profile SavvyCards, Miami Realtors Association members will also be able to create interactive SavvyCards for their over 140,000 properties, putting photos, virtual tours, and seller information for each home in one smartphone-friendly package.  And all those functions we’re building for realty are going to make SavvyCard more useful for users in other vertical markets who want a tailored way to share information and track referrals on mobile platforms.

For MIAMI realtors, SavvyCards will be representing . . . well, real estate, and themselves.  But as we add functions, SavvyCards will hold information about people, products, places, events – absolutely anything. All those SavvyCards will be easily shareable by businesses or their happy customers, and SavvyCard’s analytics and sharing notifications will make it easy to follow up on third-party referrals in real time.  Now, rather than just passing along the name of your business on a napkin or business card, your customers will be able to send their friends a SavvyCard with a full array of phone, web, social, and multimedia links to help them learn about you and get in touch.  We’re building a framework with limitless possibilities – a SavvyCard can play a musician’s video, sell an athlete’s jersey, or book a dinner reservation, all in a format the business controls.

Obviously, we’re excited about our new partners, because it means we’re headed in the right direction as a company.  But we can’t take all the credit – SavvyCard’s evolution owes a lot to the entrepreneur community in Tampa Bay. SavvyCard’s concept and model were honed in the FirstWaVe tech startup program, a program made possible by TampaBay Wave, where SavvyCard connected with many of its early investors. Tampa Bay was also our development lab, with SavvyCard building on experience and feedback with local organizations, including Working Women of Tampa and the Brandon Chamber of Commerce.  So, thanks to everyone who has contributed to our (upcoming) big day!

We’ll be rolling out realtor-specific SavvyCards to Miami Association of Realtors members in early Q4, but anyone can create a profile card now at www.savvycard.com.  MIAMI’s official website is www.miamire.com.
